Konu: Howie answering questions
One day this weekend, Howie will be getting online to answer questions here on his MySpace. Knowing that there will be LOTS of messages for him, he will be picking a handful of them to answer. I will give you 24 hours to get your messages in. On Friday, April 17th, at 5 PM (Eastern Standard Time), I will be setting Howie's Inbox to 'Away' .. Be sure to get your message or question in on time.

Guys, come on...don't post your questions multiple times. All of the questions will be seen and Howie is going to do his best to answer as many of them as possible but if he sees the same one 40 times, it's just going to get deleted.


Also, don't post your questions as a comment to the bulletin post. Be sure to go to his page and click on 'Send Message'.


Last thing....I'm going to give you a little extra time. You'll have until Saturday morning, April 18th to get your questions in. I will close his Inbox around 10 AM Eastern Standard Time.

How/why did the little face in your autograph come to be
and do you have any other artistic abilities we don’t know about?

The smiley face was something Pollyanna use to do when I
was little so I snagged it from her when I started doing autographs.

Which embarrassed you more? Falling on your butt in
Melbourne and having it viewed on YouTube a gadjillion times, or getting caught
swearing on stage during broadcast TV in Kuala Lumpar? Falling on my Butt
in Melbourne was so embarrassing.
It was so embarrassing that I didn’t even
feel the pain.
Was more embarrassed two days later when I realized I had a rip
in my pants that everyone could probably see.


What’s the status of your solo CD? IT seems like it’s
been ‘halfway done’ for ages!
I feel the same way.
I truly have been working on it and
it’s a work in progress. The group stuff has to be a priority for all of us.
Still a passion of mine and I still want to do it when the timing is right.


If you were asked to do ‘Dancing With the Stars’, would
you do it?
I think I would if it was at a time when I wasn’t busy with
Backstreet Stuff or my solo stuff.



I just wanted to know what is the most craziest stalker situation you have encountered? or what is the
craziest thing a fan has said to you? also what was the meanest thing anti bsb fans ( booo) has said or done to you guys?
The craziest thing was probably
when they got hold of my cell phone number and called me a couple of times to
wish me a happy birthday.


Are you going to bring back howied.com, your website? I love that place you should bring it back?
I am considering a website to include my music (solo and BSB), my other business interests, and my family
life.


Are you going to do DLF events like DLF Weekend Celebration in 2006? You
should do more events like that?
Right now there are no plans on the books for an event but we are always looking for ideas and we welcome the
fans doing events.


Do you think you have a chance to come to Japan for DLF event?I wish you and your family could come to Japan and raise lots of money AGAIN!!!!!
Would LOVE to come back to Japan.
Your country has always been so supportive of not only the Backstreet Boys but also of the DLF. My family and I loved being there.
Hopefully we will be able to come back one day.


Did you and the other guys enjoy visiting places that you haven't been in mny years during the Unbreakable Tour, like my hometown,
Quebec City, Canada?
I always love touring and going to new places. We definitely enjoyed being in Canada.

I think I would run America and get us out of this economic deficit we're in.

My question is, 'what is the reason for the rush on this album? You all halted your solo projects to do it, and its highly unusual given the length of time it took to make Unbreakable and Never Gone.Are you confident that you are not compromising the quality of the
band's music for the sake of getting another record out?'
We're not trying to rush the CD.
It'll be two years between the new one and 'Unbreakable' by the time it comes out. We're all very confident that this is going to be better.


Question for Howie--How come the boys always pick on youwhat did you ever do to them lol just wandering
I'm still wondering myself. I guess I'm just an easy target and they always go after the nice guy.I do always find a way of getting even though. Justice served on a cold platter.

All of the questions have been read and answered in one way or another. He does check his messages and comments so don't stop posting. His Inbox is open again.


Quick Recap

New BSB Album - They are working on it and are aiming for Fall 2009 but that is not set in stone.


Tour - There will be a tour with this CD but it has not been mapped out yet. That is up to Management and promoters.


Solo CD - Howie is still very passionate about this project and when the time is right, he will release a solo CD.


Baby - Leigh is due in June and they do not know what sex the baby is. They want this to be a surprise. They have thought of names but aren't going to reveal them until the baby is born.
